How to Assemble a Computer
Before you read the guide you might want to check out some possible computer builds. I cover everything from extreme budget builds, to more powerful and expensive builds. Most of them I would consider to be gaming builds, but that’s only because they contain powerful video cards, simply leave those out if you don’t plan on doing any gaming. You can copy these builds and use them for yourself; that is actually the purpose of my researched builds, to help people. Click here to go the list.
The assembly guide is divided into the following 5 pages -
- An overview of all of the parts
- With detailed pictures
- Case overview
- Drive installation
- CPU installation
- CPU installation continued, heatsink and fan installation
- RAM installation
- Motherboard installation
- Motherboard installation continued
- Video card installation
- Power supply installation
- Hooking up everything to the power supply
- SATA connections
- Front Panel Connections
That completes the “how to assemble a computer” guide.
Something else that you migh find useful is the computer builds list; this is a list of builds that you can use as your own. They have been researched to be working builds.
